In 2014 Groupon was working on a set of new designs for their deal pages. To help Groupon optimize its customer experience on deal pages, I conducted numerous usability studies for Groupon. In each study, I talked with 6 - 8 participants for one hour each on topics related to their experience on the deal pages. My work contributed to Groupon's increased understanding of the customer experience.
