I am a design researcher based in San Francisco – well, actually, in the East Bay. I specialize in fieldwork, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and cross-team inights. On my best days I facilitate workshops around research findings and team strategy.
In 2016 I joined the wonderful team at Medium. I'm honored to represent some of the most thoughtful readers and writers on the internet.
Prior to Medium I spent 3 years as a research consultant. During that time I informed user experience at companies like Mozilla, Dropbox, and Google. I also worked to bring design research to some sweet nonprofits. My favorite verticals from that time include finance and health care (shh, don't tell the others).
